CONGRESS REGISTRATION

• The congress will be held at Wyndham Grand Hotel (Levent / Istanbul) between 17 - 20 september 2026.
• Hands-on training will be held on september 20, 2026 between 10:00-17:00.

• Congress registration fee; Participation in scientific meetings to be held in Wyndham Grand Hotel (Levent / Istanbul) between 17 september 2026, 14:00 and 19 september 2026, 19:00, with stand area visits, congress bag, tea, coffee and cookies service to be served in the congress hall foyer area, 17-19 september 2026. Includes lunch on.
• 20% VAT is not included in the congress registration fee.
• For congress registration, you must contact Z Event Kongre Organizasyon Hizmetleri.

CONGRESS ACCOMMODATION

• Accommodation is on bed and breakfast basis, 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax will be added to the prices.
• Accommodation prices are given per night.
• Accommodation fee is not included in the congress registration fee.
• To make an accommodation reservation, you must contact Z Event Kongre Organizasyon Hizmetleri.

CONGRESS REGISTRATION + HANDS-ON (WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION)

• For physicians who registered for the congress, participated in hands-on training, but did not stay in the congress hotel…

TRANSFER INFORMATION

• The transfer prices stated above are given as round trip and are valid for arrivals on 17 September and departures on 20 September. For special requests, you may contact Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• Requests without completed payments will not be confirmed, and all payments must be completed before the event.
• 20% VAT will be added to the stated prices.
• Special pricing will be arranged for the bus station upon request.

Transfer Cancellation Terms:

• Transfer cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• Cancellations made before 5 September 2026 will be accepted.
• For transfer cancellations made after 5 September 2026, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% bank charges.
• Cancellations made during the congress will not be refunded; only name changes will be allowed.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.

BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 14 June 2026.
• For cancellations made before 14 June 2026, the full payment will be refunded.
• All sponsorship, registration, accommodation, and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Services.
