- Requests without completed payments will not be confirmed, and all payments must be completed before the event.
- 20% VAT will be added to the stated prices.
- Special pricing will be arranged for the bus station upon request.
Transfer Cancellation Terms:
- Transfer cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
- Cancellations made before 5 September 2026 will be accepted.
- For transfer cancellations made after 5 September 2026, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% bank charges.
- Cancellations made during the congress will not be refunded; only name changes will be allowed.
- All refunds will be processed after the congress.
